Breathing is a Foundation for Movement
Breathing is the BUILDING BLOCK for strength.
Do you feel like you’ve been doing everything right, but something just feels off when you follow the exercises you saved on social media? Or that you’re mimicking movements in a strength training class at your gym but wake up with pain or discomfort the next day?
Let’s build that foundation together so you can take on all that life asks of you! Continue scrolling to learn more.
One of the most important pieces of movement, healing and strengthening is BREATH WORK.
Sometimes your diaphragm ends up doing more than its share when other muscles aren't contributing effectively.
One of the most important pieces of movement, healing and strengthening is breath work. Poor pressure management and a lack of coordination of the diaphragm, abdominal wall, pelvic floor, and deep back muscles can affect movement and can affect movement quality, lifting mechanics, and spinal stability.
Whether you're recovering from pregnancy or beginning your strength training journey, helping these systems work together creates the foundation for moving well and feeling your best.
Foundational BREATH WORK
