WHAT WE STAND FOR:

Self-trust is built through small, steady actions that say: I am strong, I can do hard things, and I’m worth showing up for.
Physical strength builds emotional resilience, and building muscle, confidence, and trust in your body is one of the most empowering things we can offer ourselves.
A personalized approach to exercise and nutrition that honors your goals and sets you up for long-term success, will nourish your mind, heal your body and help you move with purpose.
I’m Julia. I’m a Licensed Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer.
Movement has always been a part of my life. From an early age, I was drawn to exercise, sports, and the powerful connection between the body, mind, and how we live our lives. That passion led me to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training and then a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
I started my career in outpatient orthopedics, helping people recover from injury and return to daily life. But over time, I noticed a deeper pattern, especially among women. I saw women doing the hard work in rehab, only to be discharged and left wondering, now what?
Their time was limited, they were overloaded with information from too many sources, and the guidance just wasn’t there. That’s when I knew traditional rehab wasn’t enough because women need more than exercises on a sheet. Instead, they need support that sees the full picture of movement, fitness, nutrition, rest, and realistic lifestyle strategies that fit into their lives.
I’m Diana! I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
My passion for fitness and movement began when I discovered kickboxing, which eventually evolved into a love for strength training and weightlifting.
This work is deeply personal, and every individual’s strength journey is unique. I taught middle school for nine years, so I understand how easy it is to spend so much energy caring for others that your own needs begin to fall to the side. Through strength training, I experienced a shift that went far beyond the physical. I felt more energized, grounded, and better able to show up fully in both my life and the classroom.
That experience inspired me to help others build strength in a way that helps them feel more connected to their bodies, more confident in themselves, and more supported in their daily lives. Supporting others on their journey toward strength and wellness is truly meaningful to me, and it allows me to show up as my most present and grounded self.

LOVE NOTES FROM Women LIKE YOU
★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had such a positive experience training with Diana! As a woman in my late 40s getting back into shape, it was especially important to me to feel comfortable and safe while working out, and Diana created that environment immediately. I felt totally supported and understood throughout. During my session, we focused on core strength, and she was patient, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun to work with. She explained each movement clearly and paid close attention to my form, offering guidance the whole way through. I will say, my abs were sore for days in the best way possible! I highly recommend Diana to anyone wanting to train with someone who is thoughtful, skilled and supportive.”
