The Strength Continuum is a team comprised of a Physical Therapist and a Strength Coach. We believe that Strength and Conditioning and Rehabilitation should exist on a continuum as opposed to in isolation.
Physical Therapy and Strength and Conditioning are, no doubt, different fields with unique and specialized areas of focus. However, the same principles need to be satisfied whether you are rehabbing after a surgery or peaking for your next meet. The differences between these scenarios come in the means and methods that must be applied in order to accomplish these goals.
When training, you are looking to prevent injury and increase your performance by not only working exceptionally hard, but exceptionally smart. If you do sustain an injury, you are trying to do everything in your power to get back in the gym to continue to train hard and progress.
Our mission is to educate and share our experiences and knowledge from both ends of the spectrum and everything in between. We want to arm you with information and knowledge that you can apply to your training or rehab so that you can be invested in your health and fitness.
